During my stay, I was drawn to key attractions like the Royal Palace of Milan, which was just a pleasant stroll away. The breakfast was quite delightful with plenty of tasty options, ensuring I started my days well. I also liked that my Triple Room was cleaned daily, which made everything feel fresh and cozy. The air conditioning worked well, which was much appreciated during warm days.

Decent breakfast included that filled you up for the day. Proximity to tram lines made getting around a breeze.
Fridge in the room didn’t work during a scorching 38° heat. The air conditioning struggled and broke down during the stay, taking two days for repairs, while the shower was cramped, especially for taller guests. The noise from the busy intersection outside was persistent and bothersome, and ants appeared in the bathroom, though they were addressed. Room cleanliness was decent but showed wear, with paint over light fixtures and some carpeting in less than ideal condition.

My family stayed in a Triple Room for 3 nights, and the room was super cozy with comfy memory foam mattresses. I really liked that it was cleaned daily, so everything felt fresh. The air conditioning worked well, which was a lifesaver during the warm days. Only downside was the shower size. it was a bit snug. Otherwise, really easy access to public transport, and we were close to all the attractions. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time with friends! The location makes it super easy to get around, with trams nearby. Breakfast was satisfying, filling us up for busy days. We loved exploring spots like the Royal Palace and Duomo. Staff were friendly and helpful, really added to our stay.
Unfortunately, the wifi was a bit unreliable, making it tricky to stay connected. It would be nice to have that fixed for future guests.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to trams making it a breeze to explore Milan. The daily breakfast was enjoyable, especially the variety of tasty options that kept our family satisfied. We appreciated the cozy room with air conditioning, which was essential with a toddler.
In my wife’s opinion, the shower was a bit cramped for families. An improvement that would really help is having a designated area for kids to play or relax.

The central location was a highlight, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and utilize public transport. Daily room cleaning was consistent and thorough, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. However, the shower was quite cramped, and we faced some noise disruptions from the street outside that detracted from our comfort. The breakfast options were limited but decent enough to start the day right.
