Rating by category:
The hotel is located close to city center (10-15mins walk). From Linate airport you can reach the hotel by bus 73 in about 20 mins. Also, the same bus goes to city center. The ticket costs only 1 Euro and lasts for 75 mins (it costs 1.5Euros if you buy it in the bus). The room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well!
I was here for only one night so that was ok. Did not use the breakfast as I was in a rush. But breakfast in Italy is coffee with brioche as you normally take a warm full lunch. So for not Italian people that can be considered as a poor breakfast. Hotel is good for a citytrip, not to relax.
Cinque Gionate is a very busy traffic intersection which goes on the whole night. But if you have earplugs you will sleep with no problem. It is about 15 min walk to the Duomo and surrounded by shops, so its a nice stroll. Easy acces to Linate the bus 73 brings you there for only 1 euro.
The hotel is situated very close to the tram station. The receptionist was really helpful.
The night shift staff was not so welcoming. (don't take this comment as racial descrimination) His Italian collegue spoke to us in english to make us feel welcomed but him a Sri Lankan spoke to us in Italian and telling us 'No capito' for english. That's the last thing we expected.
small hotal, quoite

The bathroom fixture didn't work completely
I am from Milan, so I know the area very well. The location is one of the best possible that you could choose, close to the centre and main shopping streets and very convenient for Linate's Airport. We found a few negatives in this hotel but the location is superior and counterbalance most of the negatives.
The room felt quite old, shower and toilet flush were broken, Tv had a tiny screen and very old style. I guess the most annoying thing was that the room gave directly on the main street (viale Regina Margherita) which is loud night and day. The fixing of heating/air conditioning is not very straight forward. Breakfast is in the entrance hall, therefore not a particular relaxing location.
location - excellent 10 mins walk from Piazza Duomo. staff - fine though some could seem a bit surly due to poor English. Breakfast food - limited but adequate. Breakast room - limited but adequate. We had a twin room away from the front of the hotel, therewas no traffic noise what so ever. General hotel noise levels were low & not a problem, but rooms seem to be constructed in back to back pairs with poor sound insulation between the two, would be a problem if you had a noisy twit next door. Acid test - would we stay again - without doubt - yes.
Frindely people and environment. Fast service. Clean. Excelent location.
The shower space is too small.
It was a good size room & nice bathroom.
Unfortunately it's not as centrally located as specified. The room was not 100% clean & although the lady at check-in was lovely. Any staff I encountered after this were less than helpful :(
Definitely clean, staff is very nice and very pleasantly. Hotel is near to city center. Breakfast is the best, coffee too.
Excellent location, close to the Duomo Square. Great staff. The room was not very spacious but very luxury looking and comfortable.
I told them the room was really small with no space to put my luggages, they changed the larger room for me on the next day.
They gave me a very small room on the first night.
